This is definitely up there as one of my favourite transformations.
With majority of these new builds nowadays they tend to have sloped gardens that are no use to anyone.
We have managed to transform this completely sloped garden in Cardea into a beautiful usable outdoor space by replacing all the fencing and flattening the ground on 2 levels with a big Kandla Grey Sandstone patio area (supplied by Primethorpe Paving) with plenty of space to entertain the family and steps with planters pleading to the upper level onto artificial grass which is a perfect sun spot.
